Includes : Discussion on relevant medical history. Client lying fully clothed on a treatment table and I assess any restriction & contraction in the tissues. Finish off balancing craniosacral rhythm. It is a non oil massage, you are welcome to bring your own comfortable clothing to change into.

Includes : Discussion on the result of previous treatment

90mins session is recommended every 3 months to reassess, or if you are actually in pain in your body / emotions need loosening up and if you have not had massage for more than 3 months
